Congratulations to Mrs. Caitlin Gibbs! 

Last year, Dover Elementary had a new teacher to jump on our Energy Bus, Mrs. Caitlin Gibbs. We would like to recognize her as current Culture of Excellence winner. Mrs. Gibbs has grown tremendously as a teacher in the last year and a half. She has become a role model for other teachers at Dover. We are proud to recognize her this month!
